I used to work 2 OSH. That's another story. Simply put I find it is rude that the FIRST THING most all checkout clerks spew is " ARE YOU A MEMBER ? " Or what ? I always give an unpredictable answer. Like " like with the NRA ? " Now as we know ( I have been told by my Mommy ) " they are just doin' their job. " Well then I will when I have to go to OSH continue to harass their *** or take it to a higher level.... and I should just stop there...... Read more

Went to redding ca. Store and the store would not return electrical outlets in box without receipt. I do alot of construction projects never had this.problem with PR . Made me late and had to go back home to get original reciept . Rediculous Profucts were in original bags undesterbed.

On 8/10/2016 my husband and I went to the OSH in San Leandro, CA and bought a patio set of table and 4 chairs. When we drove around back to pick up the set in boxes it had been opened and taped back together. We went to Customer Service and spoke to a representative who said that was the only set they had besides the floor display and she "guaranteed it will be in perfect condition and have all the parts" so go ahead and take it. Went to our local OSH for the second time to buy a shelf unit for the garage (first time they were "out") We were told none in stock but another OSH (Livermore ) had 6 in stock. We went to that store the next day and were told at the register that they had none in stock and we had been "misinformed" by the first store. We bought a BBQ approximately 3 years ago,,, tool it back yo Hanford store right after we bought it & told them there was a problem,,, would lite & it was leaking propane!!! They said they checked it for 2dats & it was fine!!!!!! We should have made them exchange this piece of ***!!! We are constantly filling this tank every month to two month when we only bbq in average of 1 to 2 times monthly!!!! I'm so angry that orchard should have taken... Read more

Be warned that if you enter the OSH located at 377 Royal in San Jose, CA, stop to look at the items on the clearance table while on the way to using the restroom, you will be under scrutiny because apparently that is considered 'suspicious' behavior. If you then proceed to note the prices of showerheads and toilet seats, followed by investigating the prices of clothespins you will be rewarded with the appearance of a OSH person who stands right... I rented a carpet cleaner on 4/8/16, brought it back on 4/9/16 @11am . Went in and asked the man standing there , could i get some help taking it out? I was parked right in front in Handicap, he said all employees were busy, and it would take 10mins, to get help, i said r u serious! !!! It will take you 2 sec. Advertised offset patio umbrellas in their email flyer. In store only for one day. So I went to the store within 2 hours of the email, same day. My local store did not have any, never did. They checked 4 other stores, not available, did not have either. They placed an order for me for 3 umbrellas and gave me a service number. Would find out within 3 days. Six months ago I went to Orchard Supply to have a blank key cut for my car. I happened to have a blank key with me and these two gentlemen showed me how to cut the key. They were great and when I asked them how much I owed they said nothing, because I had my own blank. Today when I went back with my blanks for another car the manager said no. I purchased a Craftsman Gas Trimmer on Sunday 3/15/15. I spent roughly 2 hours trying to start said Trimmer. Trimmer would not start, I followed all instructions supplied with trimmer. I then spent an hour trying to start it on Monday 3/16/2015. Again trimmer would not start. I then packaged the trimmer back up and headed back to store where I purchased it.
